Vortex Global Trade will pay standard commission income (as outlined in Section 3) for all Qualifying Purchases, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in this document.
A purchase is considered a Qualifying Purchase when the following conditions are met:
A customer clicks on your unique affiliate link (“Special Link”) from your website, social media, or platform and is redirected to the Vortex Global Trade website.
A session begins when the customer clicks your Special Link and ends when any of the following occurs:

Even if a purchase appears to meet the requirements of a Qualifying Purchase, it will be disqualified if it violates any part of the Vortex Global Trade Affiliate Program policies, terms, or agreements (collectively referred to as the “Program Terms”).

Account Termination
Any purchase made after your affiliate account has been terminated.
Cancelled or Refunded Orders
Any order that is canceled, returned, or refunded.
Paid Advertising Violations
Purchases generated through paid ads using restricted keywords (such as brand names or misspellings of Vortex Global Trade).
Search Engine Redirects
Traffic coming directly from search engine ads or paid placements without proper authorization.
Redirected Traffic
Links that automatically redirect users to the Vortex Global Trade website without a clear user action.
Policy Violations by Customers
Purchases made by users who violate our website terms or policies.
Incorrect Tracking Links
Any purchase that cannot be properly tracked due to broken, altered, or incorrectly formatted affiliate links.
Unauthorized Mobile Apps
Purchases made through unapproved mobile applications or tools not provided by Vortex Global Trade.
Special Promotions (If Restricted)
Purchases tied to specific promotions or campaigns that are excluded from standard commissions.
Subscription-Based Products
Subscription purchases, unless explicitly allowed under the program.
Unavailable or Pre-Release Products
Products that are not officially listed or available at the time of purchase.
3. Standard Commission Income
Affiliates will earn standard commission income based on a percentage of Qualifying Revenue, as defined in this program.
Commission rates may vary depending on product category, promotions, or other factors outlined in the program details.
4. Special Commission Income & Promotions
Vortex Global Trade may occasionally offer special promotions or bonus commission opportunities (“Special Commission Income”).
These may include limited-time campaigns, performance bonuses, or special reward programs.

All promotional commissions are subject to the same rules and restrictions as standard commissions.
Vortex Global Trade reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. Commission Limitations
Affiliate links and tracking tools must be used only for legitimate promotion purposes.
Any attempt to:
Manipulate tracking systems
Combine multiple affiliate programs unfairly
Generate artificial traffic
may result in:
Commission cancellation
Account suspension or termination
Vortex Global Trade may also apply limits on earnings or commissions at its discretion.

We aim to provide accurate tracking and transparent reporting of your earnings.
