To give you extra confidence when ordering from Vortex Global Trade, we offer optional Easy Protection at checkout. This small add-on is designed to help protect your order during transit in case of loss, theft, or damage.

What it covers

• Lost parcels: If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution where eligible.
• Stolen deliveries: If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, we will investigate and support you with the next steps.

Easy Protection gives you added peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Instead of dealing with courier claims yourself, our team handles your request directly, making the process simpler, faster, and more convenient.

How it works

Simply select Easy Protection at checkout before completing your order. Once added, your parcel is covered for eligible delivery issues during transit.

Without Easy Protection

If Easy Protection is not selected, standard courier policies apply, and we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund for lost or stolen parcels once dispatched.
