Selling with Vortex is a program that allows businesses or individuals to sell their products through Vortex Global Trade in Mexico.

To register as an individual seller (natural person), you need the following documents:

1. Documents for identity verification:
– Tax registration certificate (you can download it for free from the SAT website).
– Valid official ID (passport, INE, or driver's license).
– Proof of address in your name, no more than 3 months old.

2. An active credit or debit card to validate your payment method.

3. An active bank account where you will receive deposits for your sales. It must be a checking or savings account and accept Electronic Funds Transfers.

To register as a company or non-profit organization (legal entity):

1. Documents for business verification:
– Tax registration certificate for the company.
– Proof of address that matches the registered address of the company and is no more than 3 months old.

2. Documents for verifying the identity of the main seller:
– Valid official ID (passport, INE, or driver's license).
– Proof of address in your name, no more than 3 months old.
– Letter on company letterhead authorizing the primary seller (account administrator) to operate the Vortex Global Trade store. This letter must include the primary seller's name, their relationship to the company, the date, and be signed by the legal representative listed on the tax registration certificate. If both roles are held by the same person, the letter must still be issued.

3. An active credit or debit card to validate your payment method.

4. An active bank account in the name of the business or the primary seller where sales deposits will be received. This must be a checking or savings account that accepts Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).

For your first 12 months, your account will have no subscription fee. Upon registration, you will only be charged MXN $10 + VAT to validate your payment method. If you use this same account to sell in other countries, a Global Marketplaces fee of USD $39.99 per month will apply. Starting in month 13, the subscription will cost MXN $75 per month for sellers who sell less than MXN $26,000 per month, and MXN $600 per month for sellers who exceed that monthly sales amount. This fee will be automatically charged to your registered card. Selling fees may vary depending on the product category. Learn more about fees and pricing.

If you use Vortex Fulfillment (VF), you will be charged additional fees for each unit sold, as Vortex will pick, pack, and ship your products, as well as provide customer service. Learn more about VF pricing.

You can sell in a wide range of product categories. However, some categories require prior approval from Vortex. If you wish to sell in a category that requires such approval, please contact Seller Support. Learn more on the Available Categories page.

You have two options for managing your orders:

• You can use the Order Management feature in Seller Central to identify new orders, their shipping addresses, and the associated shipping service.
• You can download a daily order report: a tab-delimited file that provides a summary of all received orders, as well as shipping information.

Vortex Global Trade deposits your payments into your bank account periodically and notifies you each time a deposit is made. The Vortex Currency Converter for Sellers is an optional service that allows Vortex sellers to receive their earnings in their local currency if their bank account is in a different country than the one where they sell. We accept payments in MXN, USD, and CAD, among other currencies. Learn more about the Vortex Currency Converter (you need a Seller Central account).

To receive a payment, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a positive balance in your Selling with Vortex account. Keep in mind that subscription fees and customer refunds, if any, may affect your balance.
• Enter valid bank details in your seller account.

Vortex Seller Central is the platform where you can manage your business as a seller on Vortex Global Trade in Mexico. From this control center, you have access to tools that help you:

• Manage your inventory: List your products, update prices, and control your stock from one place.
• Process orders: Review and manage the sales you make in your Vortex store.
• Analyze your performance: Access reports and metrics on your sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
• Set up advertising: Create campaigns to increase the visibility of your products.
• Manage payments: View your deposits and fees transparently.

With Seller Central, you can grow your online business. The platform is designed so that sellers of all sizes can take advantage of Vortex's tools and offer a reliable shopping experience to their customers.
