If Vortex Global Trade provides a guaranteed delivery date at checkout, you may be eligible for a shipping fee refund if we fail to deliver by the promised date.
Please note that guaranteed delivery applies only when all conditions below are met.
What qualifies for guaranteed delivery?
To qualify, the selected shipping method must match the option shown on the product page, and the order must be placed before the countdown timer expires at checkout.
What is the "order within" timer?
The "order within" timer shows the time window available to place your order in order to receive the guaranteed delivery date shown at checkout.
Are all items eligible?
If your order includes non-eligible items, the shipping method “ship items as they become available” must be selected to qualify.
Payment requirement
Your payment method must be successfully charged before the checkout deadline for the guarantee to apply.
When does the guarantee NOT apply?
The guarantee does not apply in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
What counts as successful delivery?
An attempted delivery or carrier-offered delivery appointment on or before the promised date is considered successful delivery.
How do I request a shipping refund?
To request a refund for late delivery, contact support and select “Order Issue → Shipping or Delivery Issue → Shipment is Late”.
