Are you ready to sell in the United States?

1. Define which product to sell in the United States

Analyze which products are in highest demand in the US market before you start selling. With the Product Opportunity Explorer tool, you can identify popular products and analyze top-selling items. Additionally, through the Certified Supplier Network (SPN), you can connect with certified service providers who can support your market analysis and export strategy.

2. Know the taxes, regulations, and sales costs

Review your tax obligations and regulatory requirements for selling in the United States. Each country has specific regulations, so it's important to understand import and export rules, product safety standards, and labeling requirements before you start selling.

Referral Fees by Category: In addition to taxes, consider the referral fees that Vortex charges for each sale. These vary depending on your product category and represent a percentage of the selling price.

No. If you are a self-employed individual or a legal entity, you can start selling on Vortex in the United States without needing a U.S. company.
