What do I need to sell on Vortex?

1. Natural or legal person

To become a seller on Vortex, you can register using your CPF or CNPJ.

  • RG or
  • Passport or
  • Driver's license
2. Documents required for the registration process
  • Account holder name | primary contact
  • Email and mobile phone number
  • Information for creating your store on Vortex:
    • Company name, or name of the individual who owns the account.
    • A business address that can be verified with proof of residence.
    • Trade name.
  • CPF or CNPJ
  • Credit or debit card
    • The name on the card must match the account holder's name.
    • After the 12 free months, the first monthly fee will be charged to this card.
3. Documents required for identity verification
  • Official identification document of the account holder.
  • CPF or CNPJ
  • Proof of address issued no more than 90 days prior.
  • Active credit or debit card
  • Proof of bank details no more than 90 days old.
    • The deposit method must match the one registered.
    • The address must match the one registered as the business address.
    • The recipient must be the registered company name or the account holder's name.
